Men's watches are accessories that can get very expensivevery fast.
There are worthwhile, sub-$100 timepieces out there — from brands like Timex, Nixon and Skagen, to name a few — but the selection is actually quite slim, if you want to buy something that's of decent quality, and that you can wear to work at a corporate office.
Falling firmly in the $150 to $300 range, Daniel Wellington watches are good choices for men who want something that has a sleek and sophisticated design and is fairly durable, but doesn't cost thousands of dollars.
The brand's newest watches — part of its Dapper Collection— are adaptations of four of its most popular models, the Sheffield, the St Mawes, the York, and Bristol. You'll notice the hands of the watches are not a classic rose gold or silver, but deep blue. Still, they manage to be eye-catching without being overwhelming.
The 38mm timepieces are also enriched with Roman numerals, date display, and a Japanese quartz movement, and come in either a black or brown leather band. All in all, the watches look great and maintain a conservative tone for work. If you like them, you can shop the entire Dapper Collection at Amazon.
